Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency shall submit to the congressional defense committees and the congressional intelligence committees (as defined in section 3 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3003 )) country-wide assessments of the electronic warfare capabilities of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. The assessments submitted under subsection
(a)shall include, for the countries concerned, the following: The electronic warfare doctrine. The order of battle on land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace. The current status of expected direction of technology and research over the next 10 years.
