Section 416(b) ( 2 U.S.C. 1416(b) ) is amended by striking All mediation and inserting All information discussed or disclosed in the course of any mediation . Section 416 ( 2 U.S.C. 1416 ), as amended by section 112, is further amended— by striking subsection (a); by redesignating subsections
(b)through
(f)as subsections
(a)through (e), respectively; in subsection (b), as redesignated by paragraph
(2)of this subsection, by striking subsections (d), (e), and
(f)and inserting subsections (c), (d), and
(e); and by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this section may be construed to prohibit a covered employee from disclosing the factual allegations supporting the covered employee's claim, or to prohibit an employing office from disclosing the factual allegations supporting the employing office's defense to the claim, in the course of any proceeding under this title. .
