In this Act: The term Conservation Area means the San Rafael Swell Western Heritage and Historic Mining National Conservation Area established by section 101(a)(1). The term Council means the San Rafael Swell Western Heritage and Historic Mining National Conservation Area Advisory Council established under section 103(a). The term County means Emery County in the State. The term Management Plan means the management plan for the Conservation Area developed under section 102(b).
The term Map means the map entitled San Rafael Swell Western Heritage and Historic Mining National Conservation Area Map and dated _____, 2018. The term Secretary means— in titles I and IV, the Secretary of the Interior; and in titles II and III— the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, with respect to public land; and the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service, with respect to National Forest System land (as defined in section 103 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ( 43 U.S.C. 1702 )).
The term State means the State of Utah. The term wilderness area means a wilderness area designated by section 201(a).
