As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall publish in the Federal Register and on a publicly available website the prioritization criteria and the annual report required under paragraphs
(2)and (3), respectively, of section 1030(a) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 400 ).
