A project described in subsection
(b)shall be authorized for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2021, if the Secretary receives from the project sponsor a written request for the authorization by not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act. A project referred to in subsection
(a)is a project that— is an environmental project, as determined by the Chief of Engineers; is described in section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 334); and was authorized— pursuant to an amendment to that section made by section 5158 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1258); and for an amount equal to not more than $2,000,000 for improvements to water related infrastructure.
