Section 2034(h)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 2343(h)(2) ) is amended by striking 12 years and inserting 17 years . Section 2034(i) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 2343(i) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of the America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 , the Secretary shall complete an analysis of cost and time overruns for projects subject to this section and submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report describing the results of the analysis. .
