Section 1034 of the National Narcotics Leadership Act of 1988 ( 21 U.S.C. 1534 ) is amended by adding at the end the following— Using funds appropriated to carry out this chapter, the Director may make grants to nonprofit organizations for the purpose of providing training and technical assistance to drug courts. .
