It is the sense of Congress that there should be robust cybersecurity cooperation between the United States and nations in the Indo-Pacific region— to effectively respond to cybersecurity threats, including state-sponsored threats; to share best practices to combat such threats; and to strengthen resilience against misinformation and propaganda. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary— to build capacity for responding to cybersecurity threats originating in the Indo-Pacific region; and to enhance cooperation between the United States and nations in such region for combating such threats.
