The appropriate Federal agencies or departments shall cooperate with the Commission to expeditiously provide, to the extent possible, appropriate security clearances to Commission members and staff in accordance with existing procedures and requirements, except that no person shall be provided with access to classified information under this Act without the appropriate security clearances.
