Section 504(g) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ( 43 U.S.C. 1764(g) ) is amended— by striking
(g)The holder and inserting the following: The holder ; in paragraph
(1)(as so designated), in the second sentence, by striking The Secretary and inserting the following: The Secretary ; in paragraph
