Section 2701(a)(1)(A) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg(a)(1)(A) ) is amended— in clause (ii), by inserting and after the semicolon; and by striking clause (iv). The amendments made by this section shall apply to plan years beginning after December 31, 2019.
