Section 1240(4) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa(4) ) is amended by striking livestock, pest or irrigation management and inserting crops and livestock, pest management, irrigation management . Section 1240B of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–2 ) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(c)through
(i)as subsections
(d)through (j), respectively; by inserting after subsection
(b)the following: The Secretary shall coordinate management of the program and the conservation stewardship program under subchapter B of chapter 2 to facilitate the ability of a participant in the program to enroll in the conservation stewardship program after meeting the stewardship threshold for not less than 2 priority resource concerns. ; and in paragraph (4)(B) of subsection
