Section 520F of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–37 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by inserting , which may include improved coordination with the Project SERV program under section 4631 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 before the semicolon; and in subsection (b)(2)— in subparagraph (A), by inserting local educational agencies (as defined in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965), after service providers, ; and in subparagraph (B), by inserting , including local educational agencies (as so defined), after entities .
