Section 513(c) of the Security Assistance Act of 2000 ( Public Law 106–280 ; 114 Stat. 856) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2002 and 2003 and inserting 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking equal to— and inserting not less than $3,300,000,000. ; and by striking subparagraphs
(A)and (B).
