Section 8G(a)(2) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by inserting the United States International Development Finance Corporation, after the Smithsonian Institution, . Section 8G(a)(4) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— in subparagraph (G), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (I), by striking the semicolon and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: with respect to the United States International Development Finance Corporation, such term means the Board of Directors of the United States International Development Finance Corporation; .
