Section 514B of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–10 ) is amended— in subsection (d), by inserting , and Indian tribes and tribal organizations (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act) before the first period; and in subsection (f), by inserting before the period the following: , and $300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 .
