Section 2602(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( 25 U.S.C. 3502(b) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(3)through
(6)as paragraphs
(4)through (7), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: In addition to providing grants to Indian tribes under this subsection, the Secretary shall collaborate with the Directors of the National Laboratories in making the full array of technical and scientific resources of the Department of Energy available for tribal energy activities and projects. .
