Title 38, United States Code, is amended— in section 1712(a)— in paragraph (3), by striking under clause (1), (2), or
(5)of and inserting section 1703(a) of this title or entered an agreement ; and in paragraph (4)(A), by striking under the provisions of this subsection and ; section 1703 of this title in section 1712A(e)(1)— by inserting or agreements after contracts ; and by striking (under ; and sections 1703(a)(2) and 1710(a)(1)(B) of this title) in section 2303(a)(2)(B)(i), by striking with section 1703 and inserting with sections 1703A, 8111, and 8153 . Section 1866(a)(1)(L) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395cc(a)(1)(L) ) is amended by striking under section 603 and inserting under chapter 17 . Section 104(a)(4)(A) of the Veterans' Benefits Improvements Act of 1994 ( Public Law 103–446 ; 38 U.S.C. 1117 note) is amended by striking in section 1703 and inserting in sections 1703A, 8111, and 8153 . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date described in section 101(b).
