Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on— the trends in allocating resources to address the housing needs of survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking; and the increase in the allocation of resources for domestic violence projects beginning after the date of enactment of this Act.
