Section 1312(c) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 18032(c) ) is repealed. Clause
(iv)of section 1412(c)(2)(B) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended by striking nonpayment of premiums by the insured and all that follows and inserting nonpayment of premiums by the insured, notify the Secretary of such nonpayment. . This section, and the amendments made by this section, shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act and shall apply to plan years and taxable years beginning after such date of enactment.
