Sec. 206. Identification and staffing of certain health care vacancies

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall identify and fully staff— all mental health vacancies within the Department of Veterans Affairs; and all primary care and mental health vacancies in Patient Aligned Care Teams of the Department. Not later than 210 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report that specifies— whether the Department has complied with the requirements under subsection (a); and if the Secretary has not complied with such requirements— how many vacancies described in subsection
(a)remain; and why the Department was unable to fill such vacancies.
