Not later than September 30, 2021, the Secretary shall fully implement U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Border Security Deployment Program and expand the integrated surveillance and intrusion detection system at land ports of entry along the southern border and the northern border. In addition to amounts otherwise authorized to be appropriated for such purpose, there is authorized to be appropriated $33,000,000, for each of the fiscal year 2018 through 2021, to carry out subsection (a).
