Sec. 807. Additional Recovery Assistance for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands Fund

There is established in the Treasury a fund, to be known as the Additional Recovery Assistance for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands Fund (referred to in this section as the Fund ), consisting of such amounts as are appropriated to the Fund under subsection (b). Out of funds of the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is appropriated to the Fund $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2018, to remain available until expended. Amounts in the Fund shall be available without further appropriation to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Secretary of Energy, the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of the Interior to carry out projects authorized under this title in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands that are not eligible for assistance under the public assistance grant program.
