Out of funds of the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is appropriated to the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund established by section 9508(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 $2,760,000 for fiscal year 2018, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses relating to the consequences of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria, of which— $2,600,000 is for necessary expenses in Puerto Rico; and $160,000 is for necessary expenses in the Virgin Islands.
