Section 415(c) of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1415(c) ) is amended by striking section 201(a)(3) and inserting section 201(a)(1)(C) . The table of contents in section 1(b) the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 is amended— by striking the item relating to the part heading for part A of title II and inserting the following: Part A—Employment discrimination, family and medical leave, and other protections and benefits ; in the items relating to part E of title II, by adding at the end the following:
Sec. 226. Notices. ; and by striking the items relating to the title heading for title III, and section 301, and inserting the following: TITLE III—OFFICE OF CONGRESSIONAL WORKPLACE RIGHTS Sec. 301. Establishment of Office of Congressional Workplace Rights. .
