Section 416 of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1416 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: A covered employee who requests, under this title, counseling or another proceeding for consideration of alleged covered harassment may waive the employee’s right to confidentiality under this section during counseling or at any time after the last proceeding sought by the employee under this title has concluded (including after settlement or a voluntary termination of that proceeding). .
