Section 129E(i)(2) of the Truth in Lending Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1639e(i)(2) ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as clauses
(i)and (ii), respectively, and adjusting the margins accordingly; in the matter preceding clause (i), as so redesignated, by striking For purposes of and inserting the following: For purposes of ; and by adding at the end the following: If a fee appraiser voluntarily donates appraisal services to an organization eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions, such voluntary donation shall be considered customary and reasonable for the purposes of paragraph (1). .
