Section 721 of the Defense Production Act of 1950 ( 50 U.S.C. 4565 ), as amended by sections 19 and 20, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The President may include, in the budget of the Department of the Treasury for a fiscal year (as submitted to Congress with the budget of the President under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code), a unified request for funding of all operations under this section conducted by some or all of the departments and agencies represented on the Committee. A unified request under paragraph
(1)should be detailed and include the amounts requested for each department or agency represented on the Committee to carry out the functions of that department or agency under this section. .
