Section 19 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1769a ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking ; and Fresh in subsections (a), (b), and (e), by inserting , canned, dried, frozen, or pureed after fresh each place it appears. Section 14222(c) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 612c–6(c) ) is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking ; and Fresh by striking fresh .
