Section 602 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 362 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: If it is a cosmetic that is marketed in the United States, unless its label includes a domestic address, domestic phone number, or Internet address through which the responsible person (as described in section 762) can receive a report of a serious adverse event with respect to such cosmetic product. .
