FISA Amendments Act of 2008 Section 403(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ) is amended— in paragraph
(1)(50 U.S.C. 1881–1881g note), by striking December 31, 2017 and inserting September 30, 2021 ; and in paragraph
(2)( 18 U.S.C. 2511 note), in the material preceding subparagraph (A), by striking December 31, 2017 and inserting September 30, 2021 . The heading of section 404(b)(1) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ; 50 U.S.C. 1801 note) is amended by striking and inserting December 31, 2017 . September 30, 2021
