Not less frequently than once each year, the Director of National Intelligence shall publish the following: A description of the subject matter of each of the certifications provided under subsection
(g)of section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1881a ) in the last calendar year. Statistics revealing the number of persons targeted in the last calendar year under subsection
(a)of such section, disaggregated by certification under which the person was targeted.
