Section 422(b) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 622(b) ), as amended by section 7(c)(2)(A), is amended— in paragraph (18), by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (19), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: provide that the State shall make publicly available on a website maintained by the State, in accordance with such procedures as are necessary to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of children and families provided assistance under this part or part E— any agreement with a private foster care provider (as defined in section 479A(e)) that relates to the provision of services to children under this part or part E; and with respect to each such provider with such an agreement, information as to whether the provider is a for-profit or not-for-profit entity. .
