Sec. 1126. Effective date

Except as provided in section 1125, this subtitle and the amendments made by this subtitle shall take effect on the date that is 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act. Notwithstanding any other provision of, or amendment made by, this subtitle, the members of the Federal Election Commission shall be removed from office on the date described in subsection (a).
