Paragraph
(22)of section 301 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 52 U.S.C. 30101(22) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: Such term shall include communications to the general public made over the Internet by a political committee. . The amendment made by this section shall apply to communications made on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
