The Administrator, in coordination with the European Civil Aviation Conference and Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, shall develop a validation process for the reciprocal recognition of security equipment technology approvals among international security partners or recognized certification authorities for deployment. The validation process shall ensure that the certification process of each participating international security partner or recognized certification authority complies with TSA security standards.
