Not later than 7 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit a report to the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives that sets forth— the number of aliens who were eligible for cancellation of removal and grant of conditional permanent resident status under section 3(a); the number of aliens who applied for cancellation of removal and grant of conditional permanent resident status under section 3(a); the number of aliens who were granted conditional permanent resident status under section 3(a); and the number of aliens whose status was adjusted to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence pursuant to section 5.
