Sec. 304. Director of National Intelligence review of placement of positions within the intelligence community on the Executive Schedule

The Director of National Intelligence shall conduct a review of positions within the intelligence community regarding the placement of such positions on the Executive Schedule under subchapter II of chapter 53 of title 5, United States Code. In carrying out such review, the Director shall determine— which positions should or should not be on the Executive Schedule; and for those positions that should be on the Executive Schedule, the level of the Executive Schedule at which such positions should be placed.
