Section 530C of Title 28, United States Code, is amended— in subsection
(a)by inserting or Department of Homeland Security after Department of Justice and inserting or Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph
(1)introductory text by inserting or Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; in paragraph (1)(K)(i) by inserting or within US territories or commonwealths after outside United States and or Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; in paragraph (1)(K)(ii) or Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; in paragraph
(2)by— in subparagraph
(A)by striking for the Immigration and Naturalization Service and inserting a . after Drug Enforcement Administration ; and in subparagraph
(A)by adding after . “Further funds available to the Secretary of Homeland Security; in subparagraph
