Section 222(h) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1202(h) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by adding new subparagraph
(D)to read as follows: by the Secretary of State if the Secretary, in his sole and unreviewable discretion, determines that an interview is unnecessary because the alien is ineligible for a visa. . in paragraph (2), by adding at the end a new subparagraph
(G)to read as follows: is an individual within a class of aliens that the Secretary of Homeland Security, in his sole and unreviewable discretion, has determined may pose a threat to national security or public safety. .
