Section 8206(a)(3)(B)(i) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a(a)(3)(B)(i) ) is amended by striking or permanent . Section 331 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 ( 16 U.S.C. 1011 note) is repealed.
