Section 107 of the Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015 ( 19 U.S.C. 4206 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking paragraph
(2)and by redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), and
(5)as paragraphs (2), (3), and (4), respectively; and by adding at the end the following: The trade authorities procedures shall not apply to an implementing bill submitted with respect to a trade agreement with the Trans-Pacific Partnership countries. .
