(d)and inserting the following: All programs of education and information receiving funds under this subchapter shall include information about the potential effects of intravenous substance abuse. . Section 8526 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7906 ) is amended— by striking paragraph (3); by redesignating paragraphs
(4)and
(5)as paragraphs
(3)and (4), respectively; in paragraph (4), by inserting or after the semicolon; and in paragraph (5), by striking ; or and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (6).
