Section 2 of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1002 ) is amended in the matter following paragraph
(3)by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $25,000,000 . Section 5 of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1005 ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $25,000,000 ; and in paragraph (4), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $25,000,000 .
