Subsection
(a)of section 1144 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs each place it appears in paragraphs
(1)and
(2)and inserting the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and the Secretary of Agriculture . Subsection
(b)of such section is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Provide information regarding the availability to such members of the following through the Department of Agriculture: Grants, loans, and other assistance to enter production agriculture or engage in rural entrepreneurship. Identification of and assistance in obtaining employment within the agricultural sector that aligns with military occupational specialties or military certifications, including employment with the Department. Training and apprenticeships for employment in rural communities and in the agricultural and food sectors. .
