The Joint Resolution entitled Joint Resolution ensuring that the compensation and other emoluments attached to the office of Secretary of the Interior are those which were in effect on January 1, 2005 ( Public Law 111–1 ; 5 U.S.C. 5312 note) is repealed. This section shall take effect as though enacted on March 2, 2017.
