Chapter 7 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning and inserting the following: Sec. 701. Cooperation with other agencies, States, territories, and political subdivisions. 702. State Department. 703. Treasury Department. 704. Department of the Army and Department of the Air Force. 705. Navy Department. 706. United States Postal Service. 707. Department of Commerce. 708. Department of Health and Human Services. 709.
Maritime instruction. 710. Assistance to foreign governments and maritime authorities. 711. Coast Guard officers as attachés to missions. 712. Contracts with Government-owned establishments for work and material. 713. Nonappropriated fund instrumentalities: contracts with other agencies and instrumentalities to provide or obtain goods and services. 714. Arctic maritime domain awareness. 715. Oceanographic research. 716. Arctic maritime transportation. 717. Agreements. . The sections of title 14, United States Code, identified in the table provided in paragraph
(2)are amended— by redesignating the sections as described in the table; and by transferring the sections, as necessary, so that the sections appear after the table of sections for chapter 7 of such title (as added by subsection (a)), in the order in which the sections are presented in the table. The table referred to in paragraph
