Chapter 1 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning and inserting the following: Sec. 101. Establishment of Coast Guard. 102. Primary duties. 103. Department in which the Coast Guard operates. 104. Removing restrictions. 105. Secretary defined. 106. Commandant defined. . The sections of title 14, United States Code, identified in the table provided in paragraph
(2)are amended— by redesignating the sections as described in the table; and by transferring the sections, as necessary, so that the sections appear after the table of sections for chapter 1 of such title (as added by subsection (a)), in the order in which the sections are presented in the table. The table referred to in paragraph
