Section 403(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ; 122 Stat. 2474) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking December 31, 2017 and inserting December 31, 2023 ; and by inserting and by the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 after section 101(a) ; and in paragraph
(2)in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking December 31, 2017 and inserting December 31, 2023 . Section 404(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ; 122 Stat. 2476), as amended by section 101, is further amended— in paragraph (1)— in the heading, by striking and inserting December 31, 2017 ; and December 31, 2023 by inserting and by the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 after section 101(a) ; in paragraph (2), by inserting and by the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 after section 101(a) ; and in paragraph (4)— by inserting and amended by the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 after as added by section 101(a) both places it appears; and by inserting and by the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017 after as amended by section 101(a) both places it appears. The amendments made to the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–261 ) by this section shall take effect on December 31, 2017.
