Section 223(b)(2) of the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 ( 34 U.S.C. 20333(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph
(B)by striking and at the end; in subparagraph
(C)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: procedures for improving the judicial response to children who are vulnerable to human trafficking, to the extent an appropriate screening tool exists. .
